Building Assets, Reducing Risks Curriculum

This social and emotional learning model helps students manage the transition through high school. The model combines teachers' real-time analysis of student data with student asset building and intensive teacher-to-teacher and teacher-to-student collaboration. The implementation guide contains detailed guidance on the steps for implementation and explains key roles and responsibilities. The classroom curriculum guide contains lesson plans for a series of short sessions to create a positive school climate by building strong relationships between teachers and students and among students with their peers. An accompanying CD-ROM contains downloadable and printable resources to implement the program.
